REAGAN'S AMNESTY AGAIN? 2025AD

DATELINE: July 11, 2025AD

If President Trump is going to emulate any part of President Reagan's amnesty program, then priority should be given immediately without delay, amnesty to American Legal Immigrants who have properly applied to become a United States Citizen.  Many of America's legal immigrants have gone through torture for years [beyond five years] trying to do the right thing in ensuring they adhere to all eligibility requirements.  

There should never have been [Reagan or Trump] amnesty given to any illegal alien before any American legal immigrant who've applied properly and waiting for United States Citizenship approval.    

1. APPLYING FOR UNITED STATES CITIZENSHIP:

Eligibility Requirements: You must be at least 18 years old, a lawful permanent resident (green card holder) for at least 5 years (or 3 years if married to a U.S. citizen), maintain continuous residence in the U.S., and not have any trips outside the U.S. that total 6 months or longer. You must also be able to read, write, and speak basic English, and have a basic understanding of UNITED STATES HISTORY and GOVERNMENT.

FARMERS FAIL E-VERIFY 

Let's get this straight; farmers who knowingly hired illegal aliens [broke federal E-Verify Laws] are voicing against Trump's enforcement of removing illegal aliens.  Farmers are pleading their case about crops being at risk because ICE is depleting farmer's "illegal alien work force." 

FARMERS are "HOLY"  

In mid-June [2025AD] Trump ordered ICE to pause raids on farms, hotels, restaurants, and meatpacking plants. In such because Trump was not aware of the extent of illegal alien removal.  But now, "bells and whistles" have gone off in his head to retard and halt raids on illegal aliens. 

Can we assess Trump has changed his mind because it totally slipped his mind about legal parameters surrounding farm workers [they're illegal aliens].  How is it Trump can easily forget they have broken federal laws and entered the United States of America, but yet amnesty is possible?   

Well, it's very possible Trump now feels so much sympathy towards farmers who themselves have broken federal E-Verify Laws.  Therefore, the point of enforcing E-Verify Laws are now obsolete for farmers, hotel owners, restaurant owners and industrial plant owners? GOOD GRIEF AMERICA!

President Ronald Reagan signed the Immigration Reform and Control Act (IRCA) into law on November 6, 1986, which included a significant amnesty provision for illegal aliens living in the United States. 

After Reagan's amnesty to illegal aliens, the number of illegal aliens swelled far beyond the "two million" originally granted amnesty to over "60 million" un-granted-illegal aliens since 1986 inhabiting United States soil [2025AD]. 

Either the United States of America is a law abiding country, or not.  Allowing federal law breakers [illegal aliens, farmers, hotel owners, restaurant owners, industrial plant owners] to negate U.S. Constitutional Laws simply justifies many more criminals, thugs, hoodlums and democrat congress members to automatically have recourse to disavow laws [United States Constitution] in America....
